Our wall anchor systems are installed quickly and with minimal disruption to your yard and your home. To begin, our contractors start by auguring or digging a hole into the soil - away from your foundation. A steel rod is drilled through a 1" hole in your basement wall and is connected to an earth anchor that is seated deep within the augured hole. A low-profile wall plate placed on the interior of your basement wall is secured to the rod. The augured hole is then back-filled and sod is replaced. Supportworks' Geo-Lock™ Wall Anchors offer you the best opportunity to effectively restore structural stability and value to your home.
Our wall anchor systems consist of heavy-duty, galvanized steel earth anchors that are embedded into the soil out away from the foundation walls. They are connected to steel wall plates with galvanized anchoring rods. Each anchor system also includes a 25-year warranty against manufacturing defects, and each installation includes our own performance warranty.

Advantages Of The Geo-Lock™ Wall Anchor:
Street creep is a problem that is caused by thermal expansion and contraction of the concrete streets leading to your home. Concrete expands when it's hot and contracts when cold causing the joints to widen in the street filling them with an incompressible material, such as sand and grit.
To repair - new expansion joints are installed along the driveway to relieve the pressure on the wall. Then our patented Geo-Lock™ Wall Anchor System is installed along any damaged foundation walls.
Advantages Of Our Street Creep Repair System:
