Serving the Greater Philadelphia, New Jersey & Lehigh Valley areas
ThermalDry® Basement Flooring is designed to be durable and last for many years of normal usage.
Standard, brittle ceramic tiles tend to chip easily and crack. The limited warrantied, ThermalDry® basement flooring will not shatter or crack. And if damaged, their interlocking design allows for easy removal and replacement.
Standard floor tiles sit flush on top of the concrete floor with no thermal break between the two. This allows for a direct transfer of the cold in the concrete, directly into your home.
Every ThermalDry® Floor Tile rests on top of a series of polymer risers. This element lets a needed thermal break exist. This zone lets the floor's surface remain a consistent 8 to 10 degrees warmer than the underlying concrete floor. And that means a more comfortable basement area!
Having the tile raised above the floor also allows air to circulate beneath them and dry up any moisture or water vapor that may get trapped.
The unique, interlocking tile design allows for easy removal and clean up in case of flooding and also lets homeowners mix and match the designs they like, providing a new and individual look.
For added beauty and style, many homeowners will mix and match multiple tiled designs, combining them to create an architecturally designed look.
Benefits and highlights include:
ThermalDry® basement flooring comes in three surface styles; sub-floor tiles, carpeted, and vinyl-faced.
|Charcoal||Mocha||Canyon Beige||Sandstone Gray||Parquet||Unfinished|
Sub-floor tiles can come with an unfinished surface. That way a custom carpeting can be laid down over it for a personal touch. And you can have a dryer, warmer, better-looking basement!
