Every time it rains, now - even though it is not like the torrential rain that flooded our basement - I feel so secure, knowing that we don't have to put towels at the point of water entrance into our basement, and truly have the thought (hope?) that we will never have to worry about water in our basement again! Whew!
I was totally freaked out about this job! Luckily I was away during the day they were here...but when I got home I was amazed and thrilled.
Jim was amazingly personable, we established a connection...great!
Really nice, professional, respectful, never in a rush, attentive to our questions and needs
