The installation was great.I think we need some time to experience how the process and the equipment will hold up over time.I was led to believe that a trench would be dug around the perimeter of the crawl space but this was not what was planned and executed. I have to wonder whether the pricing was based on a perimeter trench or on "dimpled" plastic. Other than that we are quite happy to have the job completed and look forward to a good relationship with BQ to keep the water out of our crawl space
as i stated i would like a e mail or call back as to whether or not the system was tested?also should i wait to redo the tile in the powder room until the first test or storm?
Very well pleased with the job. Sales presentation was excellent and all crew were very knowledgeable when questions were asked.

Everyone performed their tasks in a very professional manner. There was a delay in getting back to me in the beginning. However, once Dennis made contact, everything went extremely well. Dennis'low pressure style was most appreciated. Calls and follow-ups were prompt. Tom and his crew arrived on time and were friendly and most accommodating. They were determined to satisfy my requests. Basement was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. My office contacts were professional.Debbie or Dianna (?) was excellent.

I have already recommended BQ to friends of mine. This was the second and third time I have used BQ Basements. I was a bit skeptical about basement waterproofing companies, but your system worked so well on another property I own - a property with a history of very wet basements - that I decided to use BQ again on my own home and another investment property. I'm confident the system will work as well on these two properties.

My wife and I Were very happy about the way our job was handled by everybody involved.
Will definitely call when we complete the other half of the basement, probably in 2011.

The only part i did not like was the amount of time it took to get the material for the second part of the job.
At this point in time, I am quite pleased with the work that you did. However, the system has not been tested by Mother Nauture. Hopefully I will retain my current satisfaction after Mother Nature has done her thing.
Process was done with efficiency - would have liked the opportunity to test the system upon completion.

I was most pleased with how a specific concern of mine was handled. I was treated with great respect and courtesy, and my concern was resolved to my complete satisfaction. It is a pleasure doing business with a company that stands behoind its promise for complete customer satisfaction.
Tom and George did a great job. George was working outside on the previous call, so he put on the booties so that he didn't track dirt into the house. They were polite and efficient. Their work was neat, they drapped everything to protect it from any overspray. Their did a good job cleaning up.
Equipment failure can happen at any time. But not many companies would call promptly to apologize and then follw up with call to keep us informed about the repair of their equipment and the scheduling of the job. The delay was no major inconvenience for us. And the communication was appreciated.
