General Comments: It's always a hard decision to spend money but the day after it was done we had some hard rains. It was such a relief to go down there and see "nothing". I'm really happy with the results and peace of mind.
In addition to the general comments above, our customer was also given the opportunity to rate us in six key areas related to our performance as a company, from initial contact to final cleanup. They rated us on a scale of one to five stars in each category, and had the opportunity to leave comments.

Very good - I was very inacessable for much of the time and Dianna did a great job still getting me all of the information to keep the process moving

Very effiecient. Didn't waste my time with a lot of BS - always got back to me right away with any questions I had. Stayed in touch but wasn't annoying.
Our Installation Crew
Both guys were very hard working, worked independantly and helped with moving heavy obstacles and laundry tub, plumbing etc.
The Cleanup Process
Wouln'd have known they were there - cleaner than when they came.
