Very professional and nice. As we had a "Monday" early morning scheduled for the work, the Friday before Diana left a voicemail message to confirm the work date, and also left a contact number where she could be reached over the weekend. As it turned out we had a major snowstorm come through and was glad that I was able to contact Diana. Because of the snow the project had to be delayed by a day. It was a pleasure working with Diana. I so appreciated knowing that I could contact her outside of office hours. Thank you!
