General Comments: I would highly recommend BQ Basement Systems from Erdenheim, PA to any homeowner faced with a basement problem. Every worker was efficient and team-oriented. All worked during two days of 95+* heat and not a one complained. All were especially courteous and competent. I do have some suggestions to offer.
In addition to the general comments above, our customer was also given the opportunity to rate us in six key areas related to our performance as a company, from initial contact to final cleanup. They rated us on a scale of one to five stars in each category, and had the opportunity to leave comments.

Our Overall Service
I can reservedly say that I am totally satisfied with the system installation and service. I say reservedly as the system has only been in place a very short time, however, all seems to be working well.

Our Salesperson and Sales Presentation
Salesperson was quite knowledgeable and provided a good comfort level with the process and the firm. Salesperson should stay in communication with the homeowner during the process.
Our Installation Crew
Very polite, explained what they were doing at any given time and routinely updated on the project's process.
The Cleanup Process
ideally a vacuuming service incorporated into the process would be a plus as the concrete dust is super fine and most homeowners are not in a position to adequately clean - this should be a follow-up service.
